A smoothie to keep you full until lunch time
Health Benefits: decreases fatigue, improves mental function, keeps you full until lunch time (prevents snacking and aids weight management).
Ingredients:
1 banana previously sliced and frozen
120 ml strong brewed coffee, chilled
120 ml oat milk 120 ml
25 g rolled oats
Blend all ingredients until smooth, add more milk if necessary to reach the consistency you like.
