5. Piña Colada Smoothie⁣

Health Benefits: aids digestion, supports immunity, source of antioxidants, fibers and vitamin C.

Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple (sliced and frozen)
1 banana (sliced and frozen)
200 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon shredded coconut, plus more for garnish
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with shredded coconut.

If you don’t have any frozen fruits, add 1/2 cup of ice.

Blend the mix until smooth. Enjoy!
