They say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and there’s an awful lot of truth in that (as long as your apple of choice – for us, it’s all about the Pink Lady – is eaten as part of a healthy diet full of other fresh fruits and vegetables, rather than as an additional thought after a day of chips and processed foods).
But what if there was something else you could do, something that is easy for the majority of us, that’s free, doesn’t require any fancy equipment, is enjoyable and can be done alone or in a group, and did we mention, is free?
