What we put into our bodies is just as important as what we put on our skin, and getting enough fruit and vegetables is key to a healthy approach to eating. Alicia Silverstone is a big fan of a plant based healthy diet, so much that the Clueless star even wrote a book on the importance of eating a diet rich in vegetables and whole grains!
