A second study showed that in patients with heart disease, drinking pomegranate juice helped to improve blood flow around the heart. As well as their heart benefits, pomegranates may improve memory and brain function. In a trial of people suffering from memory problems, their memory improved after drinking pomegranate juice daily for 4 weeks.
