Detox Smoothie⁣

The flavonoids antioxidants in green tea are highly detoxifying and protect your cells from aggression.

Health Benefits: detoxifying, promotes immunity, energy boost, promotes a healthy skin, aids digestion.

Ingredients:
200 ml green tea, chilled (infuse green tea for 3 minutes in hot water, then wait for it to cool down)
120 mg Greek yogurt
100 g raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice

Blend the mix until smooth. Enjoy!
