Blackberries and White Tea Tart
Ingredients
Tart
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 pinch salt
Filling
2 cups thick coconut cream
1/2 cup blackberries
2 tbsp agave
1/4 cup white tea
1 teaspoon agar agar
Steps
1. Start with the tart shells. You need to prepare the cashew. Soak them in water for at least 4 hours.
2. Blend together with flour, salt and powdered sugar.
3. Fill into moulds and bake for 10-12 minutes at 170C/335F until golden brown.
4. Brew the tea strong. Mix in agar agar while it is hot.
5. Add the wet ingredients together and whisk fluffy.
6. Fill mixture to tart shells and let set in the fridge.
