Vanilla and Mango Smoothie with Rose Tisane
1 cup mango
1/2 cup rose tisane
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana (optional – you can use more mango if you don’t want banana)
1. Boil water and put a few rosebuds in to brew. I used 5 because I like it strong.
2. Mix everything in a blender and pour into glass. I decorated with some crushed black tea leaves and a flower pedal.
