Becoming a parent can be an overwhelming time. Whilst we’re filled with an incredible love for our little ones, it can also be a time when we’re scared to do something wrong, including what we feed them once they’re old enough.
Sadly, kids don’t come with an instruction manual, which means that knowing what’s best to feed them can be a minefield. But perhaps even more worrying, is what not to feed them. We might innocently give our kids a little of what we’re having, but is that the right thing?
