Summer Smoothie

Fill up on vitamin C!

Health Benefits: promotes immunity, promotes skin health (mangos support collagen production).

Ingredients:
1 small banana (frozen)
1 orange (peeled)
1 ripe mango (peeled)
1 medium carrot, sliced
200 ml of almond milk (or other dairy free alternative)
You can also add papaya and passion fruit to the mix.

If you don’t have any frozen fruits, add 1/2 cup of ice.

Blend the mix until smooth. Enjoy!
