1. Banana and Berry Smoothie
Smoothie with a kick to boost your immune system.
Health Benefits: fights inflammation, fights aging, improves digestion and skin aspect.
Ingredients:
1 small banana
100 g frozen blueberries
100 g frozen raspberries or blackberries
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated and peeled)
200 ml of almond milk (or other dairy free alternative)
If you don’t have any frozen fruits, add 1/2 cup of ice.
Blend the mix until smooth. Enjoy!
