Embarking on an exercise regime can be daunting, especially if you’re new to working out. Do we exercise at home or join a gym? Is jogging enough? How often should we be exercising and to what intensity? It’s a minefield.

Even if we do work it all out, or we’ve been exercising for a while and we have it all figured out, the next thing to work out is our diet!

Do we eat before exercising, or after? Most camps would say to eat after working out, because doing so on a full stomach can lead to stomach cramps and a poor, low energy workout as our body works on digesting our food.
